The Planning & Zoning Division is responsible for coordinating the review of new subdivision plats and commercial development plans for compliance with Town policies and regulations, including Aspire 2035: Sahuarita’s General Planand the Zoning Ordinance. The Planning & Zoning Division also reviews other zoning-related requests such as sign permits and home occupations and acts as the zoning code enforcement agency for the Town.
