Residential Zones Code text Amendment
Overview: A Zoning Code text amendment to the rural and residential zones sections of the Town Code, (Case No. SA8-22-00002)

Status: Public outreach ongoing. An informal informational meeting is schedulded for November 17th from 3:00 - 4:30 P.M. at Anamax Park ramada by the basketball court. A virtual Public Meeting was held on October 11th and an in person Public Meeting was held on October 19th.

La CANADA pARK cORP rEZONING
Overview: A request to rezone 14.85 acres from GR-1 to B-1 to allow for multi-family and retail/commercial, (Case No. SA9-22-00002)
Status: A public hearing before the Planning & Zoning Commission has been scheduled for 02/06/2023 at 6:00 P.M.
Next Steps: The Commission will make a recommendation to the Town Council who will hold a public hearing and make a decision at a future Town Council Meeting.

Overview: A Specific Plan for approximately 1500 acres, located on the east and west side of Old Nogales Highway adjacent to the existing Quail Creek community and also north of the existing Quail Creek community. (Case No. SA9-21-00001)
