In accordance with A.R.S. §9-499.15, the Town of Sahuarita provides notice that it is considering a proposal to adjust fees and charges, including those for wastewater services. The proposal includes some charges and fees which would increase and some which would decrease.
A public hearing on the proposed adjustments will be held as part of the Town Council’s regular meeting at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, May 23, 2016, at the Town Council Chambers located at 375 W. Sahuarita Center Way, Sahuarita AZ 85629.
A summary of all proposed fee changes as well as data supporting the revised rate and fee schedules for wastewater services will be available in the Office of the Town Clerk, 375 W. Sahuarita Center Way, Sahuarita AZ 85629, by April 23, 2016.
