[ARCHIVED] NOTICE OF TOWN’S CONSIDERATION TO ASSESS NEW FEES, INCREASE EXISTING FEES, OR MAKE OTHER FEE CHANGES

UPDATE:  This item was continued to the meetings of May 28, 2019 and August 26, 2019. Pursuant to ARS § 9-499.15, notice is hereby given that the Sahuarita Town Council will consider adopting changes to various fees in the Sahuarita Town Code at its regular meeting on Monday, May 13, 2019  May 28, 2019 and August 26, 2019.  At its May 13, 2019 meeting, after the conclusion of the public hearing, Council determined to move fee consideration for  Administrative Fees (TOS Chapter 3.10.130) to the May 28, 2019 Council meeting and consideration of Development Review Fees (TOS Chapter 3.10.030) to the August 26, 2019 Council meeting.  Items under consideration can be obtained here. These meetings will be held at the Sahuarita Town Hall Council Chambers, 375 W. Sahuarita Center Way, Sahuarita, AZ 85629.
