2. Instructions

   Per State Law and Sahuarita Town Code, the Town will keep a Public Notice Registry of persons who wish to be notified of any upcoming Planning and Zoning Commission action regarding any changes to the zoning ordinance. Persons entered in the registry will receive mailed notice approximately two weeks prior to the public hearing on the zoning ordinance change.
